Mikaela uses an energy tool from the healing temples of ancient Egypt-The Radiance Technique®-a powerful energy healing tool which aligns your physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies to the highest vibration that is, the vibration of your inner LIGHT, which is the creative spark of the universe, your connection to ALL THAT IS.
She also utilizes guided meditation from her experience as a hypnotherapist, healing sound, and other fun & gentle techniques using the Law of Attraction & the Law of Perspective.
